We ship worldwide using Australia Post’s standard airmail service.
• Domestic (Australia): 3–5 business days from dispatch
• International: 6–10 business days from dispatch
• Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days (AEST) for processing and preparation before dispatch.
• Australia Post tracking is provided after dispatch with free shipping.
• DHL tracking is available prior to dispatch when this premium option is selected.

• Express Airmail (International): Estimated arrival in 4–8 business days

Duties & Customs
International Charges
Import duties, taxes, and local handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Duties Refunded in Opal Credits – Limited Time Only
Until July 23, 2025, Opal Whisperers will refund the full value of your import/customs duties in Opal Dollars (store credit).
Send us proof of payment, and we’ll issue a voucher equal to the amount paid.

• Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and a description.
Replacement Guarantee
If you selected Replacement Insurance, we will provide a replacement of equal or higher value up to 125% of the original price.
Delivery Delays
Unexpected delays may occur during customs clearance or high-volume periods.
If your item is already in your country, we may ask you to contact your local postal dispatcher, as they often have more current information on hand.
