A stunning Australian Boulder Opal Polished Specimen from a Yowah Nut.
This stone has been expertly dremelled to reveal a large face of opal that appeared in the skin of the nut, it displays vibrant and metallic flashes of blue and green colouration contrasting with dark ochre earth tones in rockpool/reef patterns.
Cut to a large completely freeform shape with a quality finishing polish. Sits perfect for display!

Mystery dip lovely surprise
I treated myself to an opal ring and thought, why not pay a little more for the mystery dip. The entire parcel took a week to arrive in the UK which is pretty fast. The ring is perfection, the opal has reds and blues; and the mystery dip what can I say. A little parcel of rough opal and a large, beautiful Queensland tribal stone, polished and showing all the colours. I am now looking for a silversmith to put it in a wide bangle.
I am so glad I took the punt. To those of you debating it, go for it, you never know what you may find.
