We ship worldwide using Australia Post’s standard airmail service.
Domestic (Australia): 3–5 business days from dispatch
International: 10-14 business days from dispatch
Processing Time: Please usually allow 3–5 business days (AEST) for order processing and preparation before dispatch. This can become 3 - 10 days during busy times before you will receive a tracking number. You will recieve an email during busy times to inform you of this delay.
Tracking:Australia Post tracking is provided after dispatch with free shipping.
This option offers great value but has limitations. Australia Post normally takes 10–14 working days (excluding any customs holds) to deliver once dispatched.
You will receive your tracking number 3–5 business days after purchase, once your package has left our facility.
What you see in the tracking portal is the same information we can access. We do not provide updates beyond the carrier’s online system.
After your item leaves Australia, you’re welcome to contact your local postal carrier directly for more current updates.
If there’s no movement on the tracking for 30 days from dispatch, only then can we lodge a formal inquiry with Australia Post. Any earlier inquiries will receive this same summary.

Tracking & Signature
All orders include full tracking and signature on delivery as standard.
Once your package leaves our facility, please monitor the carrier’s portal. For any “On hold” status or further questions, contact your local carrier (USPS, Deutsche Post, etc.) directly using your tracking number.

Duties & Customs
International Charges
Import duties, taxes, and local handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Duties Refunded in Opal Credits – Limited Time Only
Until July 23, 2025, we’ll refund the full value of your import/customs duties in Opal Dollars (store credit). Send proof of payment, and we’ll issue a voucher equal to the amount paid.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
