Gift Voucher Use T & C's
These Gift Voucher Use Terms and Conditions apply only to discounted gift vouchers purchased through this website. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a discounted gift voucher, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Gift cards have a unique number. This can be retrieved from the email that came with the Gift Card. This unique gift card number needs to be entered on the checkout page ( where you enter your shipping details ) into the discount box above the subtotal. On mobile, use the "add discount" btn to display. If the Gift card is valid, then the amount will automatically be applied to the checkout. Once Issued, Gift Card unique numbers are only known to you via the email. They cannot be retrieved or looked up manually by us.
1) Where discounted gift vouchers cannot be used
Discounted gift vouchers, promotional offers, and discount codes cannot be applied to any of the following:

Auction items
-
Live event purchases
-
Wholesale items
-
Off-market transactions
-
Any transaction where these items appear in the checkout/payment process
These items are already significantly discounted and are therefore excluded from further discounts or promotional pricing.
2) Right to refuse or limit use
Opal Whisperers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

refuse the use of a discounted gift voucher for any transaction, and/or
-
limit how a discounted gift voucher may be used as payment (including limiting the value that can be applied or restricting use to certain products, services, or categories).
3) Changes to these terms
We may update these Gift Voucher Use Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will apply at the time of purchase or redemption. Continued use of this website or purchasing after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
4) Live Event Gift Vouchers
From time to time, Opal Whisperers may conduct promotional campaigns in advance of a LIVE Facebook event. As part of these promotions, Opal Whisperers may, at its sole discretion, issue “Live Gift Card Credits” to selected customers.
These Live Gift Card Credits are provided as a promotional benefit and are valid exclusively for purchases made during the designated LIVE Facebook event and for a limited period thereafter, specifically while related invoices from the event are being issued. Such credits hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed outside of the specified event context.
The issuance, value, eligibility, and terms of use of all Live Gift Card Credits are determined solely by Opal Whisperers and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Use of these credits constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional conditions communicated at the time of issuance.
