Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received.

Important:Items are not to be returned under any circumstances until written approval has been given by Opal Whisperers.
In most cases, we will first offer an alternative solution to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    Item must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags and packaging)
    •    You must provide proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at admin@opalwhisperers.com with your request and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, at the sole discretion of Opal Whisperers. This includes, but is not limited to:
    •    Gifts and gift cards
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Auction Items
    •    Items from the Live event
    •    Layby Items
    •    Payment plan items

Some exchange concessions may be considered subject to whether or not terms and conditions have been met completely at the discretion of opal whisperers.

Exchanges
We will happily offer alternatives or provide guidance tailored to your situation to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Each case is handled personally to best meet your needs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalize the refund on your end.
