‘Tiger Moth’ was originally a single Crystal Centre Yowah nut that was cracked in half, the two half’s were then sawn in half again to create a unique twin pair that resembles the wings of a moth.
Displaying faces of suspended blue, green, orange and yellow opal colour framed by the ironstone skin of the nut.
This is a rare and unique set / twin pair of Opals from the Andreou Family Heritage Collection.
